It’s Winery Wednesday!
Today’s winery makes you feel like you are in the Sequoia National Forest,
but you are really at…
Sequoia Grove Winery
From the moment you drive on the property of Sequoia Grove Winery you feel like you are transported to the Sequoia National Forrest. The statuesque trees are such a presence when you arrive on the property.
The tasting room is located in a 110 year old barn, surrounded by a beautiful large grove of sequoia trees that have been growing for more than a century. The barn is nestled within the grove of trees. The tasting bar, made of redwood is the perfect place to taste Sequoia Grove’s wide selection of wines in a casual friendly atmosphere. This tasting area was once a hay barn and later on it was the hub of operations for the winery before it became the wineries tasting room.
This huge wine barrel is located in the tasting room.
Enjoy this private seating area with a glass of wine listening to the soft sounds of the flowing fountain. It is the perfect place to enjoy the cool breezes of Napa Valley with friends and delicious wine.
A small view of their 24 acre Estate Vineyard.
The fountain located right outside the tasting room door.

I’ve lived at 5 different addresses in California (Monterrey, Pacifica, Goleta near Santa Barbara, Cypress and Anaheim), but I’ve never been that far north in the state. Thanks for the pics. I love the fountain.
Napa Valley is such a beautiful part of California.
Another absolutely beautiful tour! What a beautiful venue for a party of any kind. I have never visited northern California either and I cannot wait to go!
Wow! Big trees, big barrels, big bottles. THIS would make a BIG DEAL outing. Fun super-sized, for sure. Thank you for sharing a smidgen.
And don’t forget their wine has BIG taste!
So funny because my husband just got back from Sequoia National Forest! If only I had seen this earlier, he could have made a little stop! Looks beautiful.
How fun! I have never been to the Sequoia National Forest, it is on my to-do list!
I am planning a visit to Wine Country in the next couple of months. I will add this winery to the list of stops!
Anne-Marie check out my Winery Wednesday page for more Napa Valley wineries. Have a great time!
How incredibly breathtaking. I have never been to this feature of yours on Wednesday and now I know I will be back. I so enjoyed not only hearing about the wine offerings but also seeing pictures of the decor and setting! What a wonderful area to visit. Thanks for reminding me.
Shelley, I’m so happy you enjoyed it!
I look forward to Wednesday’s because of your Winery Wednesday tour, this is gorgeous! I love the way you include all the pictures, it’s like taking a vacation without leaving my desk.
Ellin, see you next Wednesday on Winery Wednesday!
What a beautiful looking place! I would think that that environment would be great for growing too.
Thanks, Wendy!
