The great thing about meatballs is that there are so many things to do with them. You can eat them plain or with a marinara sauce, in a sandwich or with spaghetti. You can make them small and put a tooth pick in them for an appetizer, or you can make them huge for a meal! The possibilities are endless. The best thing about meatballs besides the great taste…they are so easy to make! Instead of chopping my onions, I grate my onions. This is something my mom has always done when making meatballs. By grating the onion it gives you that wonderful onion flavor without having to crunch into an piece of onion.
Roll each meatball to your desired size and place on a cookie sheet
