Interesting articles. I gravitated to the flower one first and then the lipstick one and now I’ve got some cool new ideas.

I love Apartment Therapy too! I’m definitely going to check out the hiking link. Ha, I remember the first time I went hiking here in Southern California after moving down from WA…..highly disappointing. Nothing compares to those PNW trails, the moss, the rivers, the waterfalls, the lupine and giant evergreens. Ahhh, I think I need to book a trip home now. xxoo

As it happens there are several things here I am happy to have but I have to share that the fresh cut flower trick is fantastic! The hikes all sound wonderful and there is even one in California I can vouch for. Last…I’m positive my college freshman will thank you for alerting me to the resume formatting link too. haha. Great roundup!

I need to check out the first post since we love fresh flowers but would, like you, not have to replace them so often. And I definitely need to check out those money-saving ideas …
