How was the weather over the weekend in your area? It was hot here. I am not a warm weather person, high 60’s low 70’s, now that’s my kind of weather, handsome, on the other hand likes it a bit warmer. I, on the other hand like my food a bit hot and spicy so I decided to grill up some center cut pork chops. The best part is, the mess is outside and clean up is easy-peasy!
Try grilling up some potatoes along side the pork chops. Just cut potatoes into bit side chunks, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, add a bit of olive oil to coat, wrap potatoes in a foil package and place on the grill for about 45 minutes. Perfect every time.
Recipe
6 boneless center cut pork chops
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
¼ cup worcheshire sauce
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
3 dashes of Tabasco
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar
Add all above ingredients into a large zip bag 2 hours prior to cooking, place bag of ingredients in refrigerator to marinate. When the grill is hot, lightly oil grill grates. Grill chops over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
The internal temperature should be 145 degrees for medium and 160 degrees for well done. When done, let pork chops rest for about 5 minutes.
