Apple Crisp

- 5 cups of cubed apples
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 6 ramekin dishes
- baking spray
- powered sugar, optional
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix the apples with nutmeg and white sugar. and lemon juice
- Place apple mixture evenly into sprayed ramekins.
- For topping-In a separate bowl combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
- Sprinkle topping over apple mixture, gently press on to apples.
- Place ramekins on a baking sheet and place baking sheet in to the oven.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until apples are tender.
- Remove from oven and let cook prior to adding powdered sugar on top.
