Meatball Italiano

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Italian Meatballs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • ½ cup ricotta
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix with hands until ingredients just come together.
  4. Shape mixture into walnut size balls
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet, do not let meatballs touch or they will not brown properly.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite Marinara sauce.
  8. To Freeze~
  9. Let meatballs cool.
  10. Using a spoon remove all of the fat that has harden.
  11. Wipe the baking sheet clean.
  12. Place the cooled meatballs back on the baking sheet, again, making sure the meatballs do not touch.
  13. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hours until they are completely frozen.
  14. Remove from freezer and place meatballs into a freezer ziplock bag, seal and return bag to the freezer.
