Apps I love

It seems as the days come and go we have less and less time to get anything done–so I am happy to enlist anything that makes my life a tad bit easier, like apps.

Apps I Love

YourMoji Keyboard: I’m having so much fun with this one.  It allows you to create emojis from photos of yourself, friends & others. Then you can share the custom emoji on iMessage, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook Messenger and other messaging apps.  Plus, there are a ton of pictures the app already has.  Your emoji’s are only limited to your imagination.

Free – This app is currently available on iOS and is coming soon to Android

Square Cash:  Send money for free.  If i’m going in on a gift for a friend with several people this app allows me to pay the purchaser of the gift back immediately for my share of the gift.  And the same goes for someone owing me money, they can Square Cash it to me by just entering the amount and pressing send.  It’s that quick and easy.

Free – Available for iOS

Beet: Perfect for anyone who wants to capture life’s everyday moments in 6 minute videos.  Beet allows you to compile your video together to form a stream of your life as it happens.  You get to tell your story and follow your friends stories as they happen.

Free – Available for iOS

Balanced: Need a personal coach to keep you balanced?  This app does just that.  We all have days where get to the end of the day and we never got up out of our desk.  Balanced will send you preset reminders to drink water, stretch, or just, take a break.  We could all use a little Balanced in our fast paced lives.

Free – Available for iOS With this app you create lip-sync videos with you as the star. provides millions of songs to choose from.  There are also many video effects you can add to your lip-sync video.  You can even share your videos with your friends over many social media sites.

Free – Available for iOS

What apps are you using to make your day easier or bring a smile to your face?

Until next time… XOXO

All of these look great!! The app that helps you make emoji’s sounds like so much fun. I think I’m going to look into that one. I also am curious about the Balanced app, sounds like something I need. Sending cash by phone sounds nice too, especially if chipping in on a gift, which I tend to do a lot.

I have never heard of any of these apps, but I want to check them out after reading this. Thanks for the recommendations 🙂

  3. Cathy Chester says:

Thanks for sharing information that will get my life more organized while having fun at the same time! I subscribe to a blog that keeps me up on the latest apps, but I never get a chance to read it! Now onto your apps…with thanks.

  4. Miranda @ Miranda Writes Blog says:

I had no idea Square allowed you to send/recieve personal payments. I always thought it was just for businesses. Good to know. I am definitely checking out Balanced. I forget to stop and stretch all the time and then I stand up and feel like I’m 1000 years old.=)

  5. Carol Cassara says:

Oh, honey! If only I had time to use all these apps. I have at least 100 books waiting for me, the keyboard is where I prefer to be all day and then there are the chores I am avoiding. Obviously, everyone else knows how to get more time out of 24 hours. What’s the secret? Spill it! 😉

  6. Estelle says:

These apps look great. The issue I sometimes have with apps are that they put a big load on my iPhone in terms of space. I’ll check out the ones you mentioned here.

  7. Michele says:

That Balanced app sounds like it was made for me. can’t tell you how many times I sit in this chair at my computer and really don’t get up–and I need to. My cat can do just so much-she tries but it doesn’t always register.

  8. Felicita Moncada says:

I love the Square Cash one! I’ve never heard of it but what an awesome app! There are so many time I need to send money to friends for something so this is awesome – because who carries cash nowadays?

  9. Elizabeth says:

I love lists of apps. I get so excited to try out some new ones. Balanced sounds like just what I need to round out my health apps. I can’t wait to give it a try!

  10. Carolann says:

I was going to say oh bummer as I am a Droid head, but I can use these on my IPAD! Going to check them out for sure. Thanks much I love learning about new apps!

I’m always looking for new apps. The one sounds like it’s a lot of fun, I think my friends and I would have fun lip syncing and sharing our videos with each other.

I’ll have to tell my little girl about that last one. She just loves making music videos–I bet she would enjoy that. There is an app for everything these days it seems!
